About this nanny job

Babysitter/Nanny needed for 2-3 hours on weekday afternoons (3pm-5pm) to start. I work from home so will be accessible but need someone who will watch and play with my 15 month old son. He loves people, music, and animals. We have 2 cats and a dog at home. He recently started to walk and is definitely more cautious and careful compared to his peers. For example - he goes up and down the stairs very carefully by himself. He is used to being held/carried and given a lot of attention so I am looking for a caregiver who will be loving and attentive. We are a strict no-screens household (no phones, TVs) and want to encourage him to play/use his imagination.
