About this nanny job

My husband and I are looking for a part-time nanny for our two sons, ages 18 months and 3 /12. They both enjoy active play and being outdoors. Our ideal candidate is someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will make safety a priority. We want someone enthusiastic who will be fully present, participate in play and encourage learning. And ideally someone who will engage with our sons in creative and inventive ways. I also need help with light housework, such as folding and putting away the children’s laundry, washing their dishes and minimal cleanup (wiping down surfaces and putting away toys). I am the primary caregiver and work part time from home. My husband's work schedule varies from week to week so we are looking for someone who is willing to be flexible. He works Tuesday through Friday but the work times and hours will vary. For a typical week we will need someone for 20-25 hours. We mostly need help in the mornings and early afternoons but on certain occasions we will need help into the evenings. We are a loving family looking to welcome the right fit into our home.
