About this nanny job

I am new to the area from California and just signed for a job. My partner is a Marine Corps veteran that now works at a local HVAC company so we are looking for an in-home daycare or provider starting as soon as possible. My job will be remote so I am not sure the frequency after my week or two of orientation. Currently, I do not believe I will be full time but it is completely dependent upon the workload I take on. This will be an AM positioning until mom or dad gets off at 4pm. We do have four children but three are currently away. Therefore, we only need care for our baby who is going on 5 months old. He is breastmilk fed, no table foods yet, charming, and a character at his young age. We would love someone to help encourage tummy time that he has been working hard at, assisted/supported sitting, and being interactive with. Absolutely not okay with any child being in an uninvolved childcare. My partner gets paid July 11th and 25th this month, so every two weeks. We would like to find someone accommodating to this pay schedule as I get my feet in the door with my new job then we will renegotiate accordingly.
