We are a kind and intentional family looking for a calm, loving babysitter to care for our 10-month-old while I work from home. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:15–6:15 PM (end time is somewhat flexible) Rate: $20–$26/hour depending on experience Our Ideal Fit: • Experience with babies under 1 year old • Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present but unavailable • Loves babies and enjoys playtime and connection • Familiar with or respectful of responsive/attachment-based parenting • Willing to tidy up toys and baby items after play • Reliable transportation (no driving required for the job) This is a relaxed, supportive role with a sweet baby during a quiet part of the day—typically involving nap and playtime.
