About this nanny job

Regular babysitter needed for a flexible 2:00 pm -7:00 pm shift. Baby sitter will always be paid for 5 hours, but has a grace period to come in between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm (but must be in the home by 3:00 pm) and would likely be leaving earlier than 7:00 pm most days. Baby's nap is at 3:00pm so baby should be mostly asleep
