About this nanny job

We are looking for care for her starting full time in early August, but ideally would love to trial a few days with someone ahead of then to make sure we’re all a good fit for each other. I have a variety of weekdays that we need help on during July too, if we could find a good fit to take those days as well. A bit more about our schedule and needs: — We’re looking for someone for Monday-Thursday, 7:30am start daily. Our end times are a bit tricky to predict each day, but a normal day could end anywhere between 3-5pm. Ideally we’re looking for someone who’s open to a bit of that flexibility in the afternoons — Ideally we’re looking for a long term person to join our family. My daughter will likely start preschool in September 2026, so I’m looking for someone to stay with us at least until then (or possibly longer, if we have more children and/or still need support once she goes to school) — The work generally is around toddler care: daily activities with her, reading a ton (she loves books), helping with naps, laundry and cleaning up before / after her meals, some light cooking for her occasionally — I’m open to paying via W2 or on an hourly rate via digital payment (Venmo / Zelle) or via check. I’m not able to pay cash for this work
