About this nanny job

I’m looking for a dependable and patient part-time babysitter to pick up my twin 5-year-olds from school and care for them in the afternoons. The kids are playful, full of energy, and need someone consistent who can create a safe, structured environment after school. Details: • Position Type: Part-time • Location: My home (security cameras are in place for everyone’s safety and transparency) • Ages: Two 5-year-olds (kindergarteners) • School Pickup Location: School is located in the Temple Hills area, no more than a 10-minute drive from my home. • Schedule: Weekday afternoons, averaging 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM — exact times will be confirmed once the school schedule is finalized. Expectations: • Pick the kids up from school and bring them home safely • Supervise playtime and light activities • Serve snacks (already prepared) • Set firm but kind boundaries, especially when they get too rowdy • No physical discipline — consistent, respectful redirection only All applicants must provide three references and will be subject to a background check. Trial days will be scheduled prior to the start of school.
