Part-Time Nanny Needed in [Your City] for RN Mom of Two Young Children Location: [Torrington, CT] Schedule: • Mondays & Wednesdays (in-office days): Full-day care- trying to work from home currently until my 2 month old is a little bigger • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: Part-day support while mom works from home • 1pm-4pm approx 15 hours/week Start Date: July 28th Compensation: Competitive, based on experience ($18-20 hour- can be adjusted) ⸻ About Our Family: We’re a loving family with two little ones: a 1.5-year-old toddler and a sweet 2-month-old baby. I’m a registered nurse with a hybrid work schedule—typically in-office on Mondays and Wednesdays in Farmington and working from home the rest of the week. We’re looking for a nurturing, trustworthy nanny to support our family’s daily rhythm and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment for our children. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Primary care for our 1.5-year-old: playtime, structured activities, diapering, meals/snacks, naps, and daily routine • Support with newborn care (as needed): bottle-feeding assistance, diapering, comforting during calls • Help with baby’s bottle transition and soothing when fussy • Light housekeeping related to the children: tidying toys, cleaning up after meals • Occasional dog let-outs (we have a friendly family dog) ⸻ Requirements: • CPR/First Aid Certified (infant and child) • Newborn Care Certified or strong experience with infants • 2+ years of nanny or childcare experience • Comfortable caring for two young children • Pet friendly • Non-smoker • Reliable transportation • Excellent references ⸻ Preferred Qualities: • Warm, patient, and proactive • Familiarity with gentle parenting or child-led routines • Supportive, flexible, and confident caring for two under two • Someone who feels like part of the family ⸻ To Apply: Please send a short intro, your availability, relevant experience, certifications, and two childcare references.
