About this nanny job

we are looking for a great nanny. I’m a first time mom and me and my fiancés parental leave is almost done. my baby is 1 month old. she’s mainly asleep unless hungry. she’s the sweetest girl ever! I’m looking for someone to watch her carefully. when lying down she can have reflux/ spit up. make sure she’s not choking . always burp her after each feeding. never lay her flat on her back if she hasn’t burped. after feedings I prefer she sit upright for at least 20 minutes before laying her down. she’s eats every 2-3 hours but more around the 2 hour mark . she gets tummy time 3 times a day for 1-2 minutes or unless fussy whichever is first. she needs to do bicycle kicks and tummy rubs 2-3 times a day to help with gas.
