About this nanny job

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and attentive sitter to support our two young children (ages 6 and 4) during their scheduled Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions at home. You will work with one child at a time, alongside a professional ABA therapist, helping ensure the child is engaged and comfortable. A parent or another adult will always be home your main role is to stay present and attentive to the child and the therapist throughout the session, providing an extra layer of care and supervision. Responsibilities: • Be present and engaged during each ABA session with the assigned child. • Support the child’s participation in therapy activities as directed by the ABA therapist. • Ensure the child’s safety and comfort at all times. • Assist with transitions between activities when needed. • Maintain a calm and positive environment during the session. Requirements: • Experience with young children (professional or personal — we welcome babysitters, nannies, or caregivers). • Patience, reliability, and a warm demeanor. • Punctual and dependable. • Comfortable working alongside therapists and following their lead. • Familiarity with special needs or ABA therapy is a plus, but not required (training/guidance can be provided).
