We have three children but at no time will the nanny be taking care of three children. Two children are in daycare, one does half days and the other does full days. The other child is a newborn. I will be home all day taking care of the children too. Our plan is for our nanny to help get the two older kids get ready in the morning for daycare. After the two older kids are at daycare, our nanny can help with the baby or do light housekeeping, or kid related chores like laundry or meal prep. I will also be home taking care of the children the entire time (except when I’m dropping off or picking up the two older ones at daycare).Nanny job details
