About this nanny job

We are a Boston family with 2 boys (11 y. o. and 8 y. o.) looking for a family assistant to help with managing our active day-to-day schedule. This is a 30-35 hour per week position that includes childcare (driving to activities after school, schedule coordination, homework supervision) and household management (daily cleanup, family laundry, longer term organization projects; NO heavy cleaning as there is a weekly cleaning service). Help is needed 1 p.m. 8 p.m. Monday Friday (specific start/end times to be agreed on as part of interview process). We are looking for an organized, reliable, responsible person with some experience in similar roles who gets along well with children, has good driving record. Benefits: rate is $32 - $36 per hour depending on prior experience and other factors; paid 2 weeks vacation, 11 holidays, 5 sick days. W2 position with payroll service. Private parking available.
