About this nanny job

I will need a long term care giver once I go back to work my son will be almost 3 months by then and will still have newborn needs I'd like someone who has experience with this age group. Caregiver must be patient, kind, respectful of boundaries, reliable and being CPR certified is a plus. My schedule will pretty much be set (9-5) type of shifts however some days I can arrange with said sitter to drop off at the grandparents house which isn't far to have early days off sometimes if desired (these days would be scheduled) Also I do have two dogs one large and one small both are very well behaved and would not need any care from sitter during the day other than to be let out once or twice. I plan on having a camera in multiple areas of the home so caregiver would need to be comfortable with that
