About this nanny job

Looking to establish a consistent babysitter for our 2.5 year old. Our daughter is super fun and very energetic, but also very attached to us. Because of that we have not left her with a babysitter much but we want to get back to date nights. Our hope is establishing a consistent weekly babysitter will help her get comfortable. Looking for someone who is available Friday/Saturday nights as well as the occasional weekday night or weekend daytime. Guaranteed 5 hours per week. Our preference would be fully Spanish speaking (we do not speak Spanish but our daughter goes to full Spanish school so we want to encourage that as much as possible). I’m going to assume that the first few times leaving her she will be very upset, so looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with a potentially hysterical toddler. More about our daughter: she loves to color, play outside with bubbles and her scooter, going to the park, making a mess, animals (especially cats and dogs) and climbing on things! She is fully potty trained, but with someone new might have an occasional pee accident.
