About this nanny job

!! 5 days PTO !! 11 paid holidays !! We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 11-month-old and 3-year-old (who may start preschool in the fall). Nanny will maintain a safe, healthy, & nourishing environment for our kids. Each day nanny will coordinate meals, naps, & activities and communicate with us about the day. Expectations will evolve as kids grow. Very minimal housekeeping (e. g., sweep, kids' dishes, tidy kids' toys). Mom is home all day and accessible if needed. Quiet is needed occasionally; usually a bit of noise is fine (so no need to tiptoe). Dad will occasionally be home. Though we have a dog, nanny is not responsible for dog care. Cash will be paid weekly. 7:30-4 M-F. Salary (i. e., guaranteed hours) means family vacations/our time off will not impact your pay. Our kids love to be outside, read, sing, and draw.
