Kind and welcoming family in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced and nurturing part-time nanny to care for their sweet 8-month-old baby. This is a long-term role with guaranteed hours and an emphasis on consistency, communication, and safety. Guaranteed 25 hours a week. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for an 8-month-old • Support baby-led weaning practices with confidence and care • Wash and sanitize bottles at the end of each shift • Tidy up after meals and play • Take out diaper trash as needed • Occasionally assist with the baby’s laundry • Maintain a screen-free environment during care hours Home Environment: • One indoor cat and three outdoor cats • Two friendly dogs that roam freely (no pet care required from nanny) • Parents work both in and out of the home
