About this nanny job

We’re a loving and busy household with two sweet boys—one is 5 months old and the other is 18 months. Our home is full of energy, laughter, and little adventures (as you can imagine with two under two!). We also live with my grandfather, who is 98 years old and has his own dedicated care, so the position is solely focused on the children. We are looking for someone nurturing, patient, and dependable who truly enjoys working with infants and toddlers. Our boys are playful, affectionate, and always on the move, so someone with great energy and a big heart will thrive in this role. Job Responsibilities: • Provide attentive and loving care to both children throughout the day • Create and engage in age-appropriate activities to support development and learning • Prepare meals and snacks for the children and assist with feeding • Handle diaper changes, potty training (as needed), and nap schedules • Maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children (light housekeeping related to child care) • Assist with daily routines, including getting dressed and outdoor play • Communicate openly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns Qualifications: • Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers (2+ years preferred) • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Comfortable with a busy household and multitasking • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Non-smoker • Kind, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys working with children
