I am a care coach with Cariloop, an approved UrbanSitter partner, looking to fulfill a full-time Child Care job for a family on UrbanSitter with the following need: "Hi there! I live in Anderson Township, Ohio. I am expecting a newborn in November and need suitable nannies to help with overnight care. Please respond only if you have experience with everything described below: Overnight Nanny: I am looking for candidates for the position of overnight nanny who possess a nurturing personality. Candidates should have qualifications in childcare and safety, including CPR and First Aid certification. Essential requirements also include experience with newborns, specifically in feeding, diapering, and sleep routines. I value flexibility, particularly regarding overnight care and support for breastfeeding mothers. Please note that references and background checks will be conducted. Key responsibilities: Feeding, soothing, and diapering as needed throughout the night Monitoring my baby’s sleep and responding to cues Light clean-up of bottles or baby-related items, if needed Additional Information: I will be home and asleep during the shift Cameras are in place to monitor the baby’s bedroom for safety I have a dog in the home, so comfort around animals is important Non-smokers preferred Kid: 1 newborn SCHEDULE: Start Date: Early November (flexible depending on delivery date) Duration: Approximately 6–7 months, until my son is sleeping through the night +/-40 hours. 7 days a week. 9pm - 7 am" If you choose to apply to this job, the family may opt to directly reach out to you to arrange the booking, or we may begin additional communication to assist the family, who will later send you a booking request through their profile.
