About this nanny job

I am a work from home Mom, but I make calls the majority of the day. I need someone to care for my 9 month old while I make calls, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM. Sometimes I am done earlier, depending on my workload. Also, I have family members that have varying schedules who also help. Although the days and times may vary week to week, I would be able to provide a schedule in advance. I just need to replace my mother who is elderly and can’t really care for my baby for the long term.
