About this nanny job

Me and my husband run a business together and I’m full-time mom to three kids: my daughter is 5 (she’s super smart and independent she’s also type 1 diabetic, so I’m looking for someone who’s open to learning how to give a shot if needed), my son is 2.5, and we have a sweet newborn who just turned 2 months. The older two are both homeschooled, so they’re always around. Most of what I need is someone kind and reliable to play with them, keep them entertained, and help manage a calm and fun environment while I step away to run errands or head to the facility. I’m usually close by and around the house, so I’d never just throw you into chaos 😊 As for the baby, he’ll mostly be with me, but there may be occasional times I need help if I have to run somewhere quickly and he’s asleep or content. We will need some help with light household cleaning. We are looking for a part-time babysitter or nanny someone who’s interested in a long-term relationship with our family.
