Part-Time Nanny for 3-Month-Old in Orange County, CA (Costa Mesa) We're looking for a long-term, nurturing and reliable, part-time nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby boy. This position is for approximately 15-20 hours per week, 3-4 days per week - primarily Monday through Friday, typically between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Days will likely be Monday-Wednesday, but if you are flexible that’s a bonus. Responsibilities include: * Providing attentive and compassionate care for our infant, including feeding, diapering, comforting, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. * Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the baby. * Following established routines for naps and feeding. Nice to Haves: * Ability to communicate in Hindi (by no means a must have) * Willingness to assist with household tasks *Ability to work more hours as needed Qualifications: * Proven experience caring for infants *Excellent communication skills and a gentle demeanor. * Reliable and punctual Compensation: * $20+ per hour; A little bit about our family: We both work from home but have demanding jobs so would love to have someone take care of our little guy while we work. We have a 2 bedroom house ( one of the rooms is a nursery *) with a backyard,and also a friendly dog that’s 20 pounds (mini goldendoodle)
