About this nanny job

I am looking for an experienced and loving nanny for my baby, who is currently 15 weeks old. My baby will be 20 weeks old when the caregiver starts. The position is for weekdays, five days a week, for 8 hours a day at our home. My primary expectation is for someone who will focus entirely on the baby. The responsibilities include: Handling the baby's personal care and hygiene. Preparing and cooking meals for the baby as needed. Washing the baby's laundry. Keeping the baby's room tidy. I do not have any expectations for general housework.
