Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant Needed - Central Austin Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:15-7:15 PM (flexible - can adjust in the 15-20 hour/week range) We're a Central Austin family seeking a reliable, organized, and caring nanny to join our family and help with our after-school routine for our 10-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. Responsibilities: Pick up children from school at 3:15 PM Safely transport to and from after-school activities Supervise and ensure homework completion Help with grocery shopping and meal prep Prepare materials and organize for the next school day Light household tasks related to the children's needs What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license with clean driving record and own reliable vehicle for transporting children Experience with children and strong references Excellent organizational and time management skills Patient, responsible, and proactive approach Spanish speaking is a plus but not required Commitment to long-term consistency - we value stability for our children What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Guaranteed pay during all school breaks and holidays (even when services aren't needed, though we may occasionally request help during these periods) Consistent, reliable income year-round Welcoming family environment Our family values someone who can become a trusted, consistent part of our children's daily routine.
