About this nanny job

We are looking for a responsible and personable caregiver to watch our three-month-old two or three days a week while we work from home. 16-24 hours per week between Tuesday and Thursday from approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm — some flexibility on days and times is available but will be negotiated up front (schedule will remain consistent once set). Start date is open but preferably as soon as possible. Rate: $22-25/hr Duties include childcare-related tasks only - no additional housework or cooking is expected. We have a dog (who is very friendly), but no pet-specific care is required. Both parents work from home but will primarily stick to their offices during work hours and allow nanny space and authority to do the job. Our daughter is a sweet and happy baby who loves to smile and play. We want to provide her with a caregiver who is positive and attentive and who can engage in developmentally-appropriate play during her wake windows (eg, tummy time, independent play, reading, outdoor walks, music, etc.). Baby is exclusively breastfed (though working on taking a bottle), so mom will coordinate with nanny on feeding throughout the day but will otherwise stay out of the way. Short outings between feeds and naps are encouraged but not required.
