About this nanny job

Our busy Ballard family of five plus a dog is looking for a long-term nanny/family assistant. For the fall, your primary responsibility would be safely driving our kids from school to after school activities. When time permits, we would also appreciate help with other tasks as agreed (e.g., plan/shop for/prep healthy vegan meals, do laundry, organize/tidy/do light cleaning (we have a cleaning service so no deep cleaning), run errands, and, if you're comfortable, walk our dog). After the fall, we may need less driving support and more household support. The role will be ~20 hours/week, as follows: Monday-Thursday from 3-7 Friday from 1-5 Characteristics of an ideal candidate: dependable, organized, proactive, and friendly. We are also looking for someone who has past experience in these areas and references. We're also happy to share references from past employees so you can learn more about our family.
