Hello! We are ISO of a part time nanny Who we are: A family of 5. Mom works from home as a therapist. Dad is a full-time student. Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am to 1pm Friday 10:30am to 1pm Pay: $20-$27/hour, depending on experience Where: Our home in North County- Oceanside 92057, off the 76 & Melrose Start: Tuesday September 30th, 2025 Care for: We're looking for a kind and reliable nanny to support our family and care for our three littles, ages 5, 3, and 18 months. Our kids are playful, energetic, and love being outdoors. We're hoping to find someone who is compassionate, collaborative, and inclusive of children with different skills and abilities- as our 3 year old non-verbal and she communicates with us through various ways. Our 5 year old is in school for the majority of the shift (9a-1p), and our 3 year old goes to school at 11:15a. Mom and dad work from home. Responsibilities include: - Engaging and supervising the children through play and outdoor time - Preparing and serving simple meals/snacks - Light tidying up after meals and play - Putting the 18 month old down for nap We live in a quiet neighborhood with great walking trails, a local park, and we have plenty of fun toys and outdoor space to play. A great fit for our family is someone who is willing to jump in as a team player, has experience with multiple kids, willing to help us juggle our littles' schedules, and help out with light house cleaning tasks like dishes/picking up after kids. Other important factors: non-smoker, reliable transportation, ok with not wearing scents, willingness to work with toddler with different skills and abilities. We are conducting phone/zoom/facetime interviews over the next few weeks. Next would be in person meeting with our family/kids. Background check and references are requested. BONUS if you are willing to do date nights for us on a biweekly basis. ******We are also looking for a consistent, biweekly date night sitter so feel free to reach out if you are open to date nights with a 5, 3, and 1 year old.
