About this nanny job

We are an LGBTQ family with one child and two dogs, living in Morrison. My partner and I both work in the healthcare field, specifically with individuals with disabilities. We enjoy music, the outdoors, games, and everything in between. You can catch us at a local farmers market and supporting Denvers abundance of small businesses.. We take pride in our community and value family (chosen and biological). We are looking for someone to look after our daughter (3 months) for 10-15 hours a week. She is very smart, curious, and silly. Our ideal person will be able to navigate the ups and downs of nap-time refusal and play-based interactive learning. We prefer someone older with early childhood experience, who can foster her development and keep her interested. We are a technology conscious household that prefers hands on learning the old school way. We require someone who is open-minded and shares our values. I own my own company and have the flexibility to work from home several days a week. We would like someone that would be comfortable being in our home with us as well as our daughter while we all get to know each other. I would transition to working at my office once good rapport has been established. It is essential that she feels comfortable with her sitter as much as we are.
