About this nanny job

We’re a busy but loving family with three kids who thrive on routine, play, and patience. Our children do best with caregivers who are kind, energetic, and able to balance fun with structure. We value open communication and appreciate someone who can gently reinforce our house rules (screen time limits, healthy snacks, and bedtime routines). We do not have pets, so no pet care is required. A reliable car is helpful for occasional outings, but most of the time care will be in our home. Our ideal caregiver enjoys engaging kids in activities (crafts, games, outdoor play) and can also handle the day-to-day needs like meals, cleanup, and keeping things tidy. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will treat our kids with patience and care, and feel like part of the family.
