Focused on play, reading, backyard play, the family dog - avoiding screen time. B & R need caring, present sitters who are willing to stay off their phones and prioritize connection with their little ones. More than likely your hands will be full with the baby while her older brother runs circles around you or plays with his toys. Staying present, grounded, connected, supporting them with emotional skills, reading together, doing activities together, and maintaining the schedule for the day are important.
