About this nanny job

My wife and I are looking for an experienced passionate, creative, patient, nanny for our 3 month old daughter. We need someone three days per week starting in June and are looking for someone with flexible scheduling and hours since neither my wife nor I have a traditional 9-5 work schedule. We are looking for a caretaker that can commit to working with us until she is at least one years old; but possibly longer depending on our needs and the overall rapport. Some of the qualities that are highly important to us are someone who is organized, punctual, knowledgeable in child development, an effective communicator and CPR/ first aid certified. I also would like to mention that we have 6 year old Shihtzu fur baby who is energetic and people friendly.
