About this nanny job

We're seeking care for our 4 year-old daughter every week Tues-Thurs. She is very energetic & fun and she loves to do crafts, play outdoors, and play make-believe. I work from home and will be hiding in my office when you are with her. I am a therapist, so positive discipline and patience are important. (for example we don't do "time-outs", we encourage expressing emotions and teaching how to manage emotions appropriately, and focus on things that she can do rather than focusing on simply saying "no") Our daughter's school prefers that we don't do screen time and that we are only minimally on our phones around her (we still do screen time very minimally). We have two cats (I’m only mentioning in case you are allergic.) Communication is very important to us & having a Nanny who loves being with our daughter. We are a caring, loving, and friendly family and would love to have a connection with you!
