About this nanny job

I work in education, so my schedule is not flexible. I would need someone who would not mind keeping my child if he has to stay home from being sick. On those days I will be okay with paying $15+ base hourly rate. He does not get sick often. On the days he goes to therapy he has to be there by 8:30a and has to be picked up at 4:30p. I may not be off by then, so I would need someone who could pick him up and keep him at my house until I get home. Shouldn’t ever be past 6:30p.
