About this nanny job

I am looking for a reliable and engaging babysitter for my son during the day 3 days per week starting in May. During the summertime when school is out, the hours will likely be 6-8 hour days. My schedule is done a couple weeks in advance, so I will be able to discuss specific days a few weeks out (days will typically be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, but may vary slightly a couple weeks). I am a strict no screen time parent, so finding someone who is engaged and can handle babysitting someone without use of screens is a must. My son does currently still nap for 1-2 hours each day, so some of the babysitting time will likely include a nap. And as far as meals go, the most you would need to do is lunch and/or snacks. He does have some nut allergies, so I will make all of the food/snacks ahead of time. My husband works from home, so we are looking for someone who can keep our son entertained and well cared for while we are both working in and out of the home.
