About this nanny job

We need a nanny with experience in childcare of multiple toddlers. We have two kids and need a nanny to pick them up from school at 2:45pm and watch them till we finish working around 5:30-6:00pm. This would be 3x per week and we do not have a lot of flexibility due to the demanding nature of our jobs. Nanny would need to be outgoing, ready to play with our kiddos, and proactive in making sure they have their needs met (drinks and snacks). Our 1 year old is still in diapers so nanny needs to be comfortable changing diapers too.
