About this nanny job

Looking for a good-natured babysitter who has the energy to take my son out after school to run around and play. My son is very sweet, curious, and funny. He can be shy around strangers and sensitive but once he opens up, he is very friendly. He can be quite silly and energetic but is prudent and cautious. I am looking for someone who can pick him up after school until I come home from work and take him to the park or somewhere to get some of his sillies out. He is in a Montessori preschool most of the day, but I believe that he needs more physical activity than he receives there. Start date is flexible. Ideally, I am looking for 5 days a week, but his grandparents are also available, but just don't have the energy to keep up with him.
