About this nanny job

We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 3.5 month old daughter. We are a young family of four who live on Laidley St in Glen Park. The right candidate will be loving towards the kids, great with babies, and anticipate the needs of the household. Part of the time, nanny will overlap with mom. When do we need help? We need help starting May 6. Ideal schedule is: Mon 1:30-5:30PM Tues 1:30-4:30PM Wed 1:30-6PM Thus 1:30-5PM Fri 1:30-4:30PM There will be opportunity for additional hours depending on the week and occasional weekend. We are also open to 3 days per week: Monday 12PM-6PM Wednesday 1PM-6PM Friday 1PM-5PM Minimum term: 2 months, ideal is 1 year+ Pay: Only via payroll (W-2); starting at $35, negotiable based on experience. Requirements: -5+ years of experience working with newborns -Experience getting baby on a routine -Experience with older siblings -Comfortable being home with baby while mom picks up older child from school -Comfortable going up and down stairs and strolling on the hills of San Francisco -Self-describes as organized, tidy, and kind -Fluent in English or Farsi -Verifiable references -TiDaP, MMR, flu shot, and COVID vaccination -Current CPR and First Aid Certificate -Agrees to undergo background check What will you do? -Wash baby stuff (clothes, bottles, pump, etc.) -Help get baby on a routine -Prepare simple after school snack for older child -Support mom in spending time with the newborn alone. Ideal candidates will be able to keep busy doing other tasks or playing with a toddler once the toddler is home. Ideal candidate will: -Be available for occasional date night or weekends -Looking for long term commitment -Current driver's license, clean driver record, and reliable vehicle
