About this nanny job

Family of 4, new to the area (just moved from NYC) looking for warm and loving full time caregiver starting July 1st. We have 2 smart and kind children (E will be entering Kindergarten and C in 2’s program ) and are looking for someone to become part of our family. A little about us: Mom works full time and Dad is self-employed, we adopt parenting styles from many schools of thought but generally adapt a gentle but firm approach. As parents we strive to model kindness and empathy in our children. We prioritize play with the absence of screen time yet still will allow them to occasionally watch movies and cartoons. Overall E and C get along well, E is a kind and gentle big brother and C can hold her own, although there of course is the occasional bickering at times. Requirements include: Ability to drive Ability to travel *Preference for someone Spanish speaking *Bonus: if ability to help out occasionally on weekends or extra hours during week Compensation based on experience, 2 weeks vacation+ time off when our family travels (~4 weeks per year)
