About this nanny job

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our daughter, who is 3 years old, and our future son (expected to be born in late June / early July). Our daughter will be in preschool from 8:30AM - 2:30PM Monday thru Friday, so will not be home for the majority of the day. We would love for our new nanny to be experienced, relatively independent (e.g., thinking of different activities, etc.), able to cook yummy and tasty meals / dinner for our toddler, with an all-around 'can do' attitude (e.g., potentially light errands, etc.). Both myself and my husband work full-time, so flexibility is also very important if we're running late, etc. We would love for this person to feel as though they're truly a member of our family!
