About this nanny job

I have 2 under 2 boys and a babygirl due at the end of July. I am a stay at home mom so I am looking for someone to help me around the house and with the kids during the weekdays while my husband is at work. Since I'm getting more pregnant everyday, I need someone to be my extra set of hands when it comes to entertaining the kids, running errands, going to the park, story times at the library, etc. Ideally the person would be available Mon.-Fri. from 9 am - 4 pm. The expectation is that this person would be an extension of me around the house and make a smooth transition to help me once our 3rd baby is here.
