About this nanny job

We are Debby and Emma Sopadjieva. We have a 7 month old baby and are looking for a full time day nanny. 👶🏻 You will be caring for our child in our home. You will have total access to the living room, kitchen, nursery, and backyard. We have a spacious backyard, perfect for spending time with the baby outside. We also live within walking distance to several parks. 🌳 Start date: - May 27th - At least 6 months duration 🗓️ Salary: - $28/hour | 45 hours per week guaranteed 💲 Requirements: - Infant CPR certified (within past two years) - 3+ years of experience with children ages 6m-18m - Able to work M-F 7am-4pm - Physically able to climb stairs (house has stairs) - Basic cooking skills to make meals for the child - Reliable transportation to and from work, can include public transportation - Ability to arrive on time and give two weeks notice before time off (excluding emergencies) ✅ Nice to have, but not required: - Spanish language, and willingness to speak with our baby in Spanish - Reliable car and driver’s license - Experienced in child development ✅ Responsibilities: * Feedings (formula + food) * Diaper changes * Active playtime * Naps (2 naps a day currently, 2 hrs in morning, 1-1.5 hrs in afternoon) * Reading books and child education activities * Day-end nursery and baby toy clean up * Baby’s laundry * Making baby’s meals (at least 3 meals a day) * Ability to take baby on two 45min-1hr walks a day around the neighborhood ✅ Schedule: - 7am-4pm M-F, year-round - Potential one-off events like date nights or weekend day trips 🗓️
