About this nanny job

We are looking for a nanny to help us while we are on vacation. We will never ask the nanny to watch more than 2 kids at a time. With four kids, we need an extra set of hands. We will have grandparents staying near us too but we want them to have a break from babysitting while on vacation. We are hoping to find someone who has energy to play with the older two and who has experience with babies. We have identical twin girls who will be about 10 months during our vacation, a 2.5 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. Lots of the time, we will need someone to feed/stay with twins while we play with older two on beach. We are flexible on dates (ideally looking for 5 days a week) and times. We have two current sitters in Phoenix (both phenomenal college students) who can be references. Both my husband and I are teachers and our kids are fun and polite.
