About this nanny job

I am putting out feelers for overnight support for my two boys. I am a doula and sometimes work overnight and would love to build a relationship with a sitter that could help during my overnight contracts and even occasional babysitting. My contracts are anywhere from 6-12 weeks, 3-4 nights per week, so it would be on an as need basis but it would be for weeks at a time. If you have a young child, I am comfortable with you bringing him or her (would prefer no more than 1 child), so this would be great for a single mom or someone whose partner works night shifts and looking to earn extra money. My oldest will be turning 5 in the fall and I have a newborn but he’ll be around 4-5 months old at the time support would be needed. The oldest sleeps through the night and currently my newborn wakes at 2am and 5am for a feeding, so I imagine that would be his schedule in the fall - or hopefully sleeping straight through. The hours would be 9pm-7am but I typically get home around 6:30/45am depending on where my client lives.
