**previous nanny or babysitting position experience with baby required** This job is for a 9 month old boy and a 3 year old girl. My husband and I have three kids (5 years, 3 years, and under 1). The five year old will be in summer camps for most of the day and I work from home in an office upstairs. We are looking for someone to watch our two little kids for the summer from 8:30-1:30 M-Th and 8:30-12 on Fridays. We may adjust the times a little but so need some flexibility. Responsibilities would be kid focused - feeding snacks and lunch, diaper changes (for baby), playing games, reading books, and then during naps - kids laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, light housekeeping, etc.. Right now the baby takes two naps, the first being 9-11ish and the 3 year old takes one nap around 12. Our 3 year old loves to read books and cuddle on the couch. The baby is crawling (almost walking!) and just loves to explore. He loves to open and close cabinets and doors. Safety is big for us - safe sleep, choking hazard foods or on the ground, CPR certification, baby wearing sunscreen, etc We also have a poodle who may need you to let her in/out in the backyard but it otherwise pretty low maintenance. We are willing to pay with a W-2 and guarantee hours, offer holidays/PTO. We’ve done this for our previous nannies so are familiar with the process. For our family values - We are a no screen family. We don’t have a TV in our home or IPad. We love being outdoors and being active. We value God and are Catholic so speak to our kids about him often. Being a good person and doing the right thing is most important. We believe in positive consistent redirection and explaining of natural consequences.
