I have a 21-month-old and a 1-month-old that will need in home care in the following month. A family member was previously taking care of both but will be unavailable till the end of the year due to unforeseen circumstances. We would like for a nanny to come to our home and take care of both children. My wife and I both are able to work from home periodically and would structure our schedule to where at least one of us will be home with the nanny and children. We would prefer a Spanish speaking nanny or bilingual with English.
