Hello! My name is JaColby, and I’m looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for my 1-year-old son, Syre, as we relocate to Savannah, GA. We are currently finalizing our housing, so the exact neighborhood is TBD, but it will be within the Savannah area. I’m a working mom seeking someone who can provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for Syre during the workweek. I'm very intentional about early childhood development — I want someone who promotes learning through play, reading, and hands-on exploration, and does not rely on screen time for entertainment. I appreciate caregivers who understand and follow structure, routine, and parenting styles. Position Details: Location: Savannah, GA (exact neighborhood TBD) Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Child: 1-year-old boy — curious, active, and full of personality! Pay: Competitive and based on experience (no fixed range — open to the right fit) Benefits: Paid holidays Living Arrangement: Open to live-in or live-out Care Location: Syre can be cared for either in our home or in yours, depending on what works best for both parties Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care throughout the day Maintain a consistent routine (meals, naps, diapering, play) Engage in interactive, educational, and developmentally appropriate activities Light housekeeping related to the child (bottles, toys, child’s laundry) Communicate daily about activities, milestones, and needs Ideal Candidate: Has full-time nanny or infant/toddler experience CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Reliable, trustworthy, and patient Follows structure and routine Comfortable respecting parenting preferences and styles Has reliable transportation Non-smoker We’re excited to welcome someone into Syre’s life who will care for him like family and support his learning and growth in meaningful ways.
