About this nanny job

Our family is in need of someone whose patient but confident in taking care of a high needs autistic child. He is mostly very happy but does have the occasional meltdown. He hasas a very specific way he likes things done. He has a very sensitive stomach so there are many things he cannot eat but all food is provided in house. He is incontinent and still requires diaper changing, has a tendency to eat non food items so keeping a close eye is important, he is nonverbal so following his gestures and helping guide him to show you what he needs or wants with a calm demeanor is important. Schedule will vary from weekdays during the summer, week nights, weekends either for dates, to take our other children out, attend their events or to join our family to assist with him on an outing. It is a lot of care required but he's a very remarkable boy with an infectious giggle. We are looking for someone loving that we can trust this precious life with
