Nanny Needed for Energetic Toddler – Potty Training Support + Playful Engagement Hi! We’re looking for a kind and patient nanny to help care for our energetic 3-year-old son, Karna. He’s a curious, playful, and active little boy who loves being engaged — whether indoors with creative activities or outdoors exploring. We’re currently preparing Karna for preschool, and one of the key milestones we’re working on is potty training. He’s already able to tell us when he needs to go pee and he goes by himself at home but not at daycare, he’s still learning to communicate about pooping but most of the times he’s able to tell us and go to the toilet by himself now, and we’re actively training him. His daycare hasn’t been consistent in supporting this, so we’re hoping to keep him at home during this transition and give him a stronger foundation. We’re looking for someone who can: • Engage him through play, conversation, and hands-on activities • Take him outdoors for walks or play and also be able to drive him to museum (if possible) • Help reinforce consistent potty training at home (using regular underwear — no pull-ups) • Be warm, patient, and encouraging as he learns • Support a smooth and positive transition toward preschool We’re kind, easygoing parents and appreciate open communication and a gentle approach.
