About this nanny job

I am a stay at home mom, so we are looking for a few hours a week for me to gain some personal time to recuperate. We are looking for about 15 hours a week Monday through Friday at $15 an hour. Ideally M-F from 9-12, but flexible depending on right candidates needs. Example) M,T,W,TH 9-1. The job would entail playing with 2 year old and almost 1 year old and balancing their needs. We would like someone who is willing to research and initiate developmental activities to keep children engaged and challenged. 1 year old will need to be put down for nap during this time so needs to be comfortable with nap routine. Comfortable preparing an easy lunch and snack. Candidate will need to follow “gentle parenting” and be able to hold kind but firm boundaries. Candidate will need to be full of energy, patient, and empathetic. Must be okay with no phone policy around children unless contacting parents. Must be comfortable with parents home at times.
