About this nanny job

My very sweet special needs son has a sleep disorder that causes him to often wake up for the day between 2-5am. After 3 years of this and no luck with medications, we are exhausted and looking for help 3 nights a week (1am-6am) to watch him so we can at least get 3 good nights of sleep a week. You'll feed him when he wakes up, change his diaper if he needs it, and make sure he's safe while he watches shows and plays. There will definitely be nights where he doesn't wake at all. If he's not awake, we would appreciate help tidying the living room and kitchen and preparing some simple dishes for us to feed the kids during the week (mashed potatoes, pasta bolognese, protein pancakes, etc.). We will offer a $75 weekly transportation stipend so you can take an Uber/Lyft to get to our home at that late hour. If you've tidied the space and prepared any requested food, you're welcome to sleep on our couch, watch tv, read, etc. Must have excellent references and be comfortable with a nanny cam (only on when he's awake) as our son is nonverbal. Bonus if you have experience working with kids with disabilities.
