Looking for a full-time nanny starting immediately in Pleasant Hill - Hi everyone - We are looking for a caring and reliable long-term nanny for our easy-going, curious, and fun 19 month old son. Hours/timing: Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (40 hours guaranteed) What we're looking for: a punctual, caring, communicative, fun, positive, and thoughtful nanny who engages our little one. We are looking for someone who understands child development and is willing to be patient, model and teach. Our ideal candidate has experience with infants/toddlers, and teaching experience/ familiarity with Montessori. Responsibilities: Engaging in age-appropriate activities, feeding, keeping the baby area tidy and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. The person needs to show initiative to do engaging educational activities to support development, and ideally will help with light house chores and tidying up after the little one. Requirements: • Must be comfortable with our 2 small/medium dogs • Previous experience working with infants or young children • Excellent references from previous employers • First Aid and CPR certification • Ability to create a nurturing educational environment • Strong communication skills (fluent in English) • Clean background check • Driver’s license and okay to use own vehicle to drive baby to activities • Current vaccinations • Non-smoker Location: Pleasant Hill. Would prefer someone who lives within 10-15 minutes We both do a mix of in-office and remote work. Occasional date nights and weekends would be a plusNanny job details
